January 18th.
18th January was an afternoon meeting at 2.30pm.
Members were invited to bring a presentation
beginning with the letters M, N or O.
February .
Our February meeting was our annual members'
auction and 2 and 6 sheet competitions for the
Margaret Harris and Alan Crozier Trophies.
June 14th.
On 14th June we held our annual lunch at The
Dolphin, Stoke Hammond.
September 15th
The new season opened on 15th September with the
usual bourse, stamp hunt raffle with the theme of
"Ball Sports" and the 2 and 6 sheet competitions.
October 18th
On 18th October Terry Brooks gave a display of
King George V and VI.
November 15th.
We held our 50th Anniversary celebration with a
buffet, invited guests, and a static display of
post cards of Leighton Buzzard and Linslade
provided by Graham Jenner, Tony Stansfield and
Richard Page.
December 20th.
On December 20th we had two meetings. At the
afternoon meeting in Linslade Community Hall we
had displays of anything from Asia. We were
invited to the evening "Social" meeting at Milton
Keynes Philatelic Society at Bletchley.
