2026 16 September : Annual General Meeting. Election of Officers, presentation of trophies. 20 September : MAPF AGM and Display Day. 21 October : The Committee Entertains. 18 November : Members' Displays -  X, Y or "10". 16 December : Christmas social, buffet, quiz, raffle.

2027 20 January : Members' Displays - Planes, trains, ships - post cards, stamps, covers and models. 17 February : Competitions Evening - 2 sheets (anything), 6 sheets (traditional, postal history, thematic), 9 sheets (traditional, postal history, thematic), 16 sheets (any MAPF class). 17 March :  Society Auction. 21 April : Members' Displays - Pacific Ocean and Coasts. 19 May : Visit from St Albans and Harpenden P.S. (TBC) 16 June :  Display by Richard Akers. (TBC) 21 July : AGM. Trophy Presentations. 15 September : Subs. Bourse. Display of Philatelic Raffle Entries. Static displays. Competition: The 9 sheet competitions will be judged externally if needed. Good quality photocopies or scans will be required. These will then be posted to a Federation judge for marking. However, the original material must be displayed during our February meeting.
